Douglas works with high performing individuals and teams to intentionally use their mindsets as tools to accelerate their performance even further.

Douglas is an iDiscover 360 Certified Coach. He is currently studying for an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School. After completing a MChem at the University of Oxford, he began his career in M&A Advisory as a Strategy Consultant, and then worked in retail at Sainsburys PLC in trading and latterly in logistics.
Carrie’s mission is to be the instrument that reconnects people to their own voice and empowers them to go out and use it. She believes that everyone can live an inspiring and fulfilling life when they learn to not self-sabotage.
Her musical background gives her a strong sense of play. Nothing is fixed. Everything can change. And one can choose how that can look. Carrie in her practice aims to remind us that we have the power to create our own opportunities.

Szabi’s passion is to elevate human performance and consciousness. Specifically, he coaches to elevate one’s mental performance. Not being there to be liked nor to judge clients, Szabi makes a point of working exclusively with dedicated clients that are determined to achieve at least strong if not extraordinary results.
In his practice, he is bringing a deep personal understanding that beneath cultural differences there is a psychology common to all humanity, where anyone is relatable. Connecting at that deeper level is what he does in his coaching as it’s where the tougher inner work resides.
Having also completed and continuing on many personal development, healing, and training courses to expand the limits of his own mind, body, and spirit, his coaching practice is enriched by holistic knowledge and the imperative of a growth mindset.
Working with Szabi you will rewrite distorted and limiting narratives about your past to face your present and future with greater resilience and vitality. Szabi’s personal experience coupled with his career background led him naturally to coach mainly but not exclusively, executives, investors, and founders. Recently, he is increasingly engaging with individuals and couples coaching them around their intimate relationship challenges.
Szabi is an iDiscover 360 Certified Coach. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BSc in Economics from Warwick University UK. He also holds two University Diplomas in Economics (License & Maîtrise) from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. In his professional career, he applied his adventurous and international spirit in his career in impact investing and ventures internationally.
Believing that one of the hardest challenges in life is to be ourselves, Nikki’s mission is to help her clients upgrade their relationship with themselves, the people around them, and the universe.
Her focus when coaching is to facilitate the expression of one’s uniqueness, aiming to work with what is current for the client. After a challenging personal journey in pregnancy and in establishing a professional career while maintaining a fulfilling romantic relationship, Nikki aims to focus on individuals that wish to raise their mental resilience/confidence/self-worth.
Working with Nikki you will feel grounded, balanced, and inspired to embrace yourself fully, so you’re ready to share your unique talents with the world. You will be able to look at challenges with a completely different mindset and have the tools to handle whatever task comes your way with power and ease.
Nikki is an iDiscover 360 Certified Coach and the Head of Branding and Design at iDiscover. She holds a BA in Law and an MA in Civil Law from Leiden Law School in the Netherlands, alongside a Graphics Design Diploma. In her professional life, she has focused on working as a Graphics Designer after practicing as a lawyer for two years.
Leila’s mission as a coach is to help people gain clarity in their lives and empower them to move forward. She is passionate about helping clients connect with their most powerful self.
In her practice, she is committed to create a safe space for each client, being fully present and open to what they bring to the session. By encouraging self-awareness and using a variety of creative techniques, Leila aims to enable her clients tap into their heart and soul in order to access their deepest self.
Working with Leila will help you identify new pathways and be clear on the way to move forward, whether personally or professionally. Expect to be both challenged and supported in a journey that will result in more confidence, ownership and a stronger sense of self. Leila has worked closely with clients from all walks of life, in particular individuals at a career crossroad or wanting a career change; people willing to work more specifically on confidence & mental resilience building or facing relationship issues. Having changed career paths several times herself, she totally understands the mindset and challenges faced when exploring a change in direction.
Leila is an iDiscover 360 Certified Coach, holds a Firework Career Coach License (Career Change Specialist) and a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching. She has an MSc in International Marketing from Strathclyde University and a BA in International Business Studies from NEOMA Business School. She spent the first part of her career in Marketing, then set up various entrepreneurship ventures and worked for the last 6 years in Recruitment & Executive Search, before dedicating herself fully to people and Coaching.
Ben sees Coaching as his vocation. It is a deeply meaningful craft that allows him to contribute, in his way, to creating what Charles Eisenstein calls “the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible”. One person at a time.
He focuses on coaching C-level executives, directors, and senior management. Recognising each client’s mind as unique, like every person has a unique DNA or fingerprint, Ben reinvents and tailors his work to each person he works with.
