What is the difference between the Core Programme and Career Compass?
Career Compass is a practical, forward-looking programme designed to help you map your internal world and create a clear strategy for navigating life toward fulfilment. It focuses on aligning your values, strengths and goals with your career path. The experience is structured, insightful and action-oriented.
The Core Programme offers a much deeper and more comprehensive journey. It addresses emotional and mental blockages, limiting past experiences and internal conflicts that may be holding you back. This programme works on both your past and future, your internal world and external results. It facilitates profound self-discovery, helping you resolve what’s unresolved and move forward with clarity, purpose and resilience.
Who will lead the programme?
The programme will be led by Gal Stiglitz, Founder and CEO of iDiscover 360. Gal is the creator of the iDiscover framework and a globally experienced teacher in human development. He enabled thousands of people from around the World to design and create more purposeful and fulfilling lives for themselves. His work draws from diverse fields including psychology, anthropology, philosophy, theology and etymology, and he has created a universal, practical model for building self-awareness and leadership skills. With experience in over 72 countries, Gal brings a rich and grounded perspective to personal growth.
He will be joined by iDiscover Certified Coaches, each with over 500 hours of intensive training. These coaches are highly skilled in facilitating the iDiscover methodology and are dedicated to providing expert guidance and support throughout the programme.
